I'd love to find out what was his regimen to get into this kind of extreme shape. Or maybe he just stopped eating, ran yay miles a day, and let nature take its course. Anyway, while I like men with a little bit of extra, Matthew Fox looks pretty damn tough in this picture, a shot from the movie Alex Cross where he plays the baddie. He looks like baddie, too. He looks like he could punch a box.
